About Silicone Baking Mats
Silicone baking mats is made of food grade Silicone on surface coating.
Compared to other pure silicone mats, this silicone baking mats have Glassfiber fabric inside.
This inside fabric enables longer lifetime and stronger tear resistance.
What is more, when in high temperature, pure silicone mats is easy to wrinke or other shapes changes.
But our baking mats will never be infected by high temperature.
This baking mat is using a lot in pre-baking, as a working mat.
After dough is done, pave it on bottom of tray and put wet bread dough on top of it.
Max temperature for it is 260 degrees.
