What is Teflon/PTFE coating?

We offer quality plastics in the form of polytetrafluoroethylene; commonly referred to as PTFE; which is an inert substance, making our products environmentally friendly.

PTFE, also referred to as Teflon, was discovered and developed by Dupont.

We use 100 percent Dupont Teflon to achieve the best coating for woven as well as non-woven materials for added dimensional stability and enhanced mechanical strength.

Can I have fabrics with various lengths and widths?

Our fabrics are generally between to 1000mm~1500mm wide.

Mesh fabrics reach width of 4000mm.

Knowing that your satisfaction is our command, we design our products in a variety of lengths, widths, thickness and color to suit your preference.

Can I have the sample for testing?

Yes, sure we can offer the sample for free for your testing.

Can I print my logo on the product？

Yes,but only on silicone baking mat, not for other PTFE material, since it is non stick.

Can I purchase the raw material, repack by ourself?

Yes, we can sell in jumble rolls, width as per your requirments, such as 11.85″(30cm), 15.75″(40cm),23.7″(60cm), max 47.3″(120cm).

Length at 100yds or bigger, max 200yds.

Other size can also be negotiated.

Or we can cut into your size and offer a neutral packing

Then you can cut just one side as per your order.

What is the packing?

Normally, we offer two kinds of packing, neutral packing and retailing packing.

For neutral packing, we pack 50pcs or 100pcs in an opp bag, then put into carton, or simply put jumble roll in carton.

For retailing packing, normally we pack one piece(or two) in a 4-colored box and then middle box then carton.

Other packing is also available.

Do you assist in packaging?

We are also flexible when it comes to packaging.

We normally offer box designs for products for the food industry if you do not have you own draft.

We can make special designs other than the box design on request.

How long does it take to for a delivery?

We offer the best delivery services to ensure the products reach you at the most appropriate time.

For neutral packing, we normally operate on a lead time of 3 to 5 working days after receipt of your order.

For retailing packing, it takes up to 15 ~20working days(depends on qty of the order) for delivery.

We can however make special arrangements to have the products shipped to you in a lesser time for urgent orders.

What is the minimum order for your products?

Our payments are also friendly.We have a low minimum order of $100.00.

With this, we can quote you on sheets of our products in case you need just a small quantity.

The MOQ for FOB is just $ 8000 for a single order. We can however negotiate on any quantity basing on the EXW or CIF.

How about the charges for delivery?

For urgent order, we suggest you arrange for air freight or express such as DHL, UPS or Fedex, and we can help find a good price for you.

For normal order with big quantity, better delivery it by shippment which normally cost around 20~30 days on the sea(depends on different ports).

Every order, we will list the charges with details.

What are your payment terms?

For small orders, we can delivery in a short time, our payment term is 100% T/T inadvance, which saves bank charges and time for both of us.

For big order, our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L by T/T or L/C at sight.
